Mission Success Screen and Gameplay Improvements

There are quite some changes in this update.
Improvements to collisions and damage:
- The player now has immunity frames to prevent damage directly after being hit
- Collision damage is now proportional to the strength of the collission: smaller collisions give less damage
Gameplay improvements:
- There is now a timer per mission and a display that show the current mission
- On successful mission completion a new screen is showing your results. You get extra trophies if you finish the mission in short time or without too much damage taken.
- The third trophy "Package collected" is not implemented, yet.
- A progress bar is now shown when loading the next level. This is especially important on mobile browsers as level loading may take a few seconds.
